Help System  

This Store has been designed to make your shopping experience simple and quick. To further assist you, we have highlighted some of the stores main features and how to use them.

>> Top Navigation

At the top right of every page within the store, you will find the same four navigation icons: Return Home, Help System, Your Account and Order Cart. These are your primary functions and will help you throughout your shopping experience.

Return Home – Simply click on this icon no matter where you are at within the store and you will be returned immediately to the main home page.

Help System – Brief instructions on how to use the store.

Your Account – Provides a complete summary of your purchase history within the store. Also provides your Order Status. Within Your Account there are two main screens. To learn more about this section click here.

Order Cart – This is your personal shopping cart. You are free to place any products in or take any products out, at any time. There is no commitment to purchase at this stage and the store will always remember what is in your cart. Within your Order Cart there are a number of things you can do. To see more the prime features and learn more about the Order Cart click here.

>> Left Navigation

At the left of every page within the store, you will find the same basic navigation. These are your primary functions and will help you throughout your shopping experience.

Search – A storewide search capability is available. Simply type in a product name or a key word and click on "go". The store will return with results for all products that have that word or part of that word in there descriptions.

Browse Store – This is your main navigation to shop the store. There are two ways you can navigate with Browse Store:

  1. Hover Mode & Pull-Down Menus – simply hover your cursor over the Browse Store button and pull-down menus will appear to the right. Sub-menus can also be viewed by hovering over all displayed listings. Simply click on your desired selection and you will be taken directly to that section of the store.
  2. Click Browse Store – click directly on Browse Store and a menu page will appear, displaying all of the primary sections of the store. Simply click on any selection and you will be taken to a sub-menu page or directly to product detail selections.

Edit Your Profile – This allows you to edit your store profile at any time. Simply click on "Edit Your Profile" and update your information as appropriate. When finished, click on "Submit".

Other Navigation -- The store also has other left navigation functionality that changes regularly. These are all clickable buttons and should be self-explanatory. Simply click on them and discover more about what he store has to offer.

>> Product Pages

The product pages are where you actually see the available products and select what you want to purchase. There are several ways you can get to the Product Pages:

  1. Browse Store within Left Navigation (link to above Browse Store description)
  2. Product Category Links within Left Navigation – simply click on any desired category and you will be taken to a sub-menu page or directly to the product pages.
  3. Browse the Store – from the Home Page, select any category from the Browse the Store Box at bottom center. The link will take you to a sub-category page or directly to the product pages.
  4. Ads or Articles – simply click on any product ad or article and you will be taken directly to that product page.

Product Overview Pages
The first level of product detail you will see is on the Product Overview Pages. Within the selected category, all products are highlighted on Product Overview Pages. Each page contains up to six different product, each with a photo, short description and price. To learn more about any product simply click on the "Detail"button.

Product Detail Pages
The full level of product detail can be seen of the Product Detail Pages, including:

  • Larger Picture – a larger picture is included on this page, along with the option to view an even larger image. Simply click on "Larger Image" and separate window will display with an enlarged image.
  • Detailed Description – full description of product.
  • Price – current price for product. Please note, some products include a price range. This means that based on available product options, the pricing for the product may actually differ. The prices noted will include the lowest possible price for the product up to the highest. All actual prices for product selection can be seen once the product and specified options are placed in the order cart.
  • Product Configurations – if the product comes standard in something other that an each, it is noted. All Box, Case and Pack quantities are detailed.
  • Product Options – if product options are available, pull-down selection menus are seen on this page. Simple click on the menu and select the desired option. Selection options include:
    • Size
    • Color
    • Language
    • Logo
    • Quantity – if fixed quantity ranges are only available
    • Add to Cart – simply click on Add to Cart to add the selected product and available option to your order cart.

>> Your Account

>> First Screen – Your Account
The first screen that you will see within Your Account provides a snapshot summary of your order history, including the following:

Receipt # – This is your actual order number. You will need this number for all future activity pertaining to this order. Within this screen, all of your order Receipt #’s are hot links and will take you directly to the actual "Order Receipt".

Date Ordered – This is the date the order was placed.

Total –This is the total dollar amount of the order.

>> Second Screen – Order Receipt
The Order Receipt screen is arrived at by clicking the appropriate Receipt # on the main Your Account screen. This is your key window into checking and confirming Order Status . The actual Order Receipt window provides you with all of the following order information:

Receipt # – This is the actual order number.

Date –This is the date theorder was placed.

Bill To – This is the billing contact name and address for the order.

Ship To – This is the contact name and address for order shipment.

Item –This is anitem-by-item listing of all distinct goods and services purchased on your order, including item name, size, color, SKU, language, etc.

Status – This provides an up-to-the minute status check on a particular line item for your order. The standard Order Status’ include:

  • Purchased – First stage, confirms the line item has been accepted for purchase
  • In Process – Second stage, indicates that the line is currently being pulled, packed or prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped – Third and final stage, confirms that line item has shipped. Also noted is the appropriate shipment method (eg UPS) and the related tracking number for the item.
  • Tracking Link – Within the header of the Status column there is a Tracking Link that provides access to all of the primary Shipping Companies. Simply click on the appropriate link for the shipping company noted on the line item and enter the identified tracking number.

In some cases, special Order Status’ may be indicated to note exceptions to the standard order process for the line item. They include:

  • Back Ordered – the line item is currently not available and will be processed at some point in the future.
  • Return Pending – the line item has been submitted for return and is waiting acceptance.
  • Return – the line item has been accepted for return (usually a 15% restocking charge is applied).
  • Return Denied – the return has not been accepted.
  • Replacement – a replacement has been issued for the line item.

Price – This shows the standard price for the individual line item on your order.

UOM – This is the base Unit of Measure for the line item. The standard Units of Measures include:

  • EA – Each
  • BX – Box (refer to product detail page for actuall quantity contained in Box).
  • PR – Pair
  • DZ – Dozen
  • CS – Case (refer to product detail page for actuall quantity contained in Case).
  • PK – Pack (refer to product detail page for actuall quantity contained in Pack).

Quantity – This shows the quantity ordered for the line item.

Discount – This is the discount level applied to the line item. If none is noted, no discount was applied to that line item.

Total – This is the total dollar amount for the line item, based on selected quantities and applying the appropriate discount.

Subtotal – This is your subtotal dollar amount for the entire order.

Shipping – These are your shipping and handling charges for your order. Also noted is the method of shipment you chose, standard delivery or next day.

Tax – This is the tax on your order.

Grand Total – This is your total dollar amount for the entire order.

>> Order Cart

“Show the Order Cart every time I add an item.”
This allows you to go directly to the Order Cart every time you add an item. This is the system default. If you prefer to not return to this screen after every item is added, simply uncheck the box.

Continue Shopping
Simply click on the "Continue Shopping" icon and you will be immediately returned to the "Browse the Store" main screen.

Order Cart Summary
The actual Order Cart summary provides you with all of the following information:

  • Item - This is anitem-by-item listing of all distinct goods in your order cart, including item name, size, color, SKU, language, etc. The item name is actual hot link and will take you directly to the product description when clicked on.
  • Price - This shows the standard price for the individual line item in your order cart.
  • UOM - This is the appropriate Unit Of Measure for the item in your order cart. All UOM’s are indicated with abbreviations, including:

    EA - Each
    PR - Pair
    DZ - Dozen
    CS - Case*
    BX - Box*
    PK - Pack*

    * Check product description for actual product quantities per package configuration.

Quantity – This shows the quantity of the product in your order cart for the line item. This quantity can be changed at any time . Simply click in the quantity cell, highlighting the current number displayed, and enter in your desired quantity. The default quantity is always one.

Discount – This is the discount level applied to the line item. If none is noted, no discount was applied to that line item.

Total – This is the total dollar amount for the line item, accounting for desired quantities and the appropriate discounts.

Remove – The remove icon for each line item allows you to remove that line item from your order cart. Simply click on the remove icon.

Subtotal – This is your subtotal dollar amount for all items in you order cart.

Recalculate
Simply click on the Recalculate icon and the store will automatically recalculate the contents of your order cart. Please use this function every time you change a quantity within your order cart.

Checkout
Simply click on the "Checkout" icon when you are ready to purchase the items within your order cart. You will immediately be brought to the "Checkout" stage within the store, which includes two main stages.

>> First Stage – Checkout Set-Up

The Checkout Set-Up stage is a simple three-step process that allows you to check your order information before purchasing and select an appropriate shipping option.

Step 1: Double check your order
A duplicate view of the order cart is captured here. This step is intended for you to review and double-check your order. If you need to change any part of your order, simply click on the "click here to modify your order."

Step 2: Check your personal information
This step allows you to check your billing profile and your shipping information. To change any of the information simply click on the "Edit" button next to the appropriate section to be changed. A new screen will appear that will allow you to edit any of the information. Click on the "Submit Changes" button when finished and you will return to the checkout set-up. Please note, the information entered here can be different than your profile within the store and can be changed from order to order.

Step 3: Select your shipping and handling option
The next step in the checkout set-up process is selecting the appropriate shipping and handling option.

  • Shipping & Handling Options – Defines the available shipping options.
  • Special Delivery Instructions – Allows the option to include special shipping instructions for the carrier.
  • Cost – Identifies the appropriate shipping costs for the order.
  • Selected – Simply click the appropriate button for the desired shipping option. Standard Ground Delivery is the default option.

Step 4: Check out
This is the final step in the checkout set-up process. Simply click on the "Continue" icon to continue to check out.

>> Second Stage – Checkout

The final stage is the actual Checkout. Here you are provided with a copy of the purchase order and are able to select your payment method.

Payment Method
Here you are guided through a series of simple steps to pay for your order. All information entered is captured only for the current transaction and will not stored or used for any future activity. Please note, the payment transaction happens immediately upon completing your order.

Complete Order
Simply click on the Complete Order icon to finalize your purchase. You will be prompted with a final confirmation box. Click "OK" to complete your order. Your transaction will be processed immediately. Once complete, you will be presented with a confirmation screen that includes your order receipt number. Simply click on it to review the order receipt. Your order is now complete and be viewed within your Order History in the store.

>> Clearing Your Cookies

If you are unable to check out or login to the system. Simply execute the following steps to delete your cookies.

  1. Open a new internet browser window.
  2. Select Tools from the menu bar
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. From the General tab click the button Delete Cookies
