Terry's vast experience in Environmental, Health and Safety Management has included 7 years as an Independent Contractor and 17 years in the field of Safety and Environmental and Manufacturing Engineering.

At the Holmes Company, known for offering the best home comfort solutions to consumers for over 26 years, Terry was Director of Safety & Regulatory Compliance and a Manufacturing Engineer with an emphasis on Safety & Compliance. Terry launched and actively managed Safety programs in eight U.S. manufacturing and distribution facilities. He increased safety awareness at Holmes to a degree that resulted in an 86% drop in work-related accidents across the organization, saving the company $1.5 million in reduced Worker's Compensation costs.

Terry was a featured speaker at the American Composite Manufacturers Association (ACMA) convention in 2008 in Tulsa, OK, lecturing on Safety Requirements for the Composite Industry Concerning Respiratory Protection, Record Keeping, Ergonomics & Repetitive Motion, Back Injury Prevention, and Managing Your Compliance & Training Costs. He also was a featured Speaker at the University of Arkansas Ergonomics Symposium in 2001 on Industrial Safety Requirements to Prevent Muscular Skeletal Disorders (MSD's).
